A rectangular concrete centerpiece that encompasses the stairs, a counter and a library, has replaced the round stairs that comes with the typical plan of Beirut Terraces. This block separates the dining area and the kitchen that has been conveniently moved into the open living area. It\'s old placement is replaces with a bar using the same materials as the main feature of this contemporary duplex
